which payment methods do you accept?
we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. Within the Netherlands it is also possible to pay with iDEAL or AfterPay. AfterPay is also available for our Belgian customers. customers from Germany can also pay with GiroPay.
about afterpay: (Netherlands and Belgium only) by choosing Afterpay you have the possibility to receive the goods first and pay the invoice after 14 days. AfterPay emails you the invoice only after you have received your order. You pay this invoice when it suits you within 14 days using your preferred method of payment. You can either use the iDeal button on the invoice, or transfer the amount via internet banking, so it's all very secure and easy.
by Parra does not keep or even register data concerning your payment details. all payments are conducted via secure SSL encrypted pages through one of our payment providers.
what does shipping cost and how long will it take for a package to arrive?

can I return a product?
yes you can. if you are not happy with the product you can return it within 7 days after receiving the good(s).
products must be returned in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition in the original packaging. please go here to fill in the return form.
discounted items or products bought during a sale are non-refundable/non-returnable.
when a product shows factory defects or if we shipped the wrong color/size, we will pay for the shipping costs in the form of a refund. in all other cases you will have to pay for the shipping costs of the returned good(s).
how can i save credits?
with every purchase you make at our store you automatically save credits. you receive 5% of your order total (excluding the shipping costs, payment charge and possible discounts).
you can use these credits as a personal discount with any next order. during the checkout process you will be asked if you want to redeem them.
important:
- all credits must be redeemed before the end of each year.
- you do not receive credits on purchases in December.
- you will be reminded via our newsletter and facebook posts to redeem your credits before the end of the year.
- yearly on January 1st all credits will be reset to zero.
- during a SALE you will not receive credits and they are not redeemable.

dutch artist Parra (1976) is best known for his curved post-pop imagery, highly saturated colours, vibrant hand-drawn letters and worlds inhabited by hybrid, surreal characters. celebrated by galleries and championed by an underground following from the outset, Parra has quickly become a respected and eclectic artist worldwide. working across drawing, painting, animation and sculpture, Parra creates an enigmatic and instantly recognisable style that defies easy categorisation. Parra lives and works in amsterdam, the netherlands.
